Returns & Exchanges

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for product purchases made through our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in their original packaging
  • free of stains, marks, or damage
  • in resellable condition

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Special-order quantities (including coordinated multi-unit orders)
  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions
  • Gift cards

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, design, or product, please submit a request through our contact page.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a return (if eligible) or store credit.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Bulk & Professional Orders

Orders placed by designers, planners, hospitality groups, or for coordinated quantities may be subject to separate policies and are often final sale.
